When safety becomes routine, someone has to ask the right questions.

A global wind-energy OEM asked us to audit the supply chain behind its transport and lifting equipment: safety-critical hardware from suppliers it had trusted for decades. Over 18 months and three audit phases we assessed management systems, welding and NDT, manufacturing and inspection, traceability, tooling, and regulatory compliance. We found deviations that had gone unchallenged for years, several severe enough to carry real safety risk. Critical gaps were closed, corrective actions were implemented, and the supplier base came out more reliable, more transparent, and easier to govern.
